- Aptitude & Communication Check
The Training and Placement Cell at SISTec works so rigorously that they start brushing up basics on Communication, Logical reasoning, Domain Knowledge, Quantitative Ability, Aptitude from the first year onwards. The Primary round in every company placement drives is an aptitude test and such tests check the ability of students to think, how much a candidate is sharp in solving problems with his analytical skills. An interview consists of a group of three to four or five people who will evaluate your skills.
