National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the JEE Main 2020 exam on July 18, 20, 21, 22 and 23 in CBT (Computer-based test) format which was previously scheduled in April 2020. The exam was postponed from April due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The new exam schedule was announced on 5th May, 2020.
The JEE Mains exam is conducted in two phases first of which was organised from 6th to 9th January, 2020 the result for which was announced in the last week of January 2020.
The release of JEE Mains exam dates is going to be a big break for the aspirants as they have been waiting for the new schedule from quite some time. It is now time for the students to gear up and prepare for the upcoming exam.
The date for release of admit card for JEE Mains 2020 will soon be notified on the JEE Mains website.
In a prior notice dated 31st March, 2020 NTA had announced the postponement of Joint Entrance Examination (Main) April 2020. The agency had earlier proposed to conduct the JEE Mains examinations in the last week of May 2020. However due to the current situation this didn’t seem to work out and the dates in July were finalised.
